Mrs. W had a long-term history of psoriasis with psoriatic arthropathy. More recently she had a 4-month history of weight loss, anorexia, nausea and vomiting. She also had a 2-month history of weakness and decreased sensation in her limbs with associated decreases mobility and was currently using a wheelchair. Investigations including Barium Enema and CT abdomen revealed diverticular.
Translation - Spanish La señora W tiene un historial clínico prolongado de psoriasis con artropatía psoriásica. En los últimos cuatro meses ha presentado un cuadro de pérdida de peso, anorexia, náuseas y vómitos, agregándose los últimos dos meses debilidad y disminución sensitiva en sus extremidades, asociada a disminución de movilidad. Actualmente se encuentra utilizando una silla de ruedas. Las investigaciones, que incluyeron un Enema de Bario y tomografía computada de abdomen, revelaron enfermedad diverticular.
