Source text - German Das Konsortium entwickelte im Auftrag der ABC Software, die mit XYZ eng verbunden ist und deren Rechte ausschliesslich bei der ABC liegen. Die ABC ist im Gegenzug für die Abtretung der CDE 06 Rechte bereit, dem Konsortium die vollen Rechte an XYZ (Entwicklungsstand Ende 2006) zu gewähren. Die unter 2.1 aufgezählten Rechte werden hievon nicht tangiert. Entwicklungen ab 1. Januar 2007 werden von dieser Regelung nicht betroffen (d.h. das Konsortium erhält diesbezüglich keine Rechte). Allfällige Berechtigungen müssen neu verhandelt werden.
