"Proceeds" geralmente é usado para proventos, rendimentos, receitas, etc. Será que o autor não queria dizer "Proceedings"?

agree Mario Freitas : Hyphens can make a hell of a difference. You read this as Proceeds-of-crime Unit, right? And I guess you're right again! But if even the code doesn't use hyphens (Act 2002, as you posted)!
