According to this article http://pdf.usaid.gov/pdf_docs/pdact719.pdf Tartago is ricinus communis, castor bean, poroto is not translated, neither is habilla with habilla negra being left as black habilla. But pictures of poroto show small, red dried beans. This article https://bibliotecadeamag.wikispaces.com/file/view/Cultivo de... gives the Latin name of habilla as Phaseolus vulgaris which is the common bean/green bean. I do now understand your problem a bit better. Sorry not to be much help. Sadly I have to go now so can't spend any more time researching. Good luck!

Note from asker:
Thanks, but what kind of bean are we talking about? Notice that my list also includes "poroto" and "tártago". |
Thank you for your additional comment. Actually, none of the Spanish names are in the English dictionary, so my client would not let me use them. I found English equivalents for all of them, and now I see that "habilla" is the green bean, or string bean. |

Bean there, done that....
IMHO, "poroto" and "tártago" are just beans as well. You could try calling the former "poroto beans" If you feel you really need to distinguish them.
"Tártago" is another kettle of fish, because it appears to refer originally to the spurge plant, Euphorbia lathyris. The spurge plant is poisonous, including the seeds, but it is apparently used for some new-age "health" products, as an emetic.

Discussion
Margarita gave me the Latin name, which is what I needed. When I googled the name to see pictures of what it looked like, they were all pictures of string beans. I would rather give the points to Margarita.
