Hola!
This abbreviation appears on a cardiology medical report as follows:
Exploración física:
En planta: 138/65 mmHg a 70 lpm, SaO2 99%, afebril. "Paciente con buen estado general. Bien coloreado. Bien hidratado de piel y mucosas, normoperfundido. Sin lesiones cutáneas. AN: Glasgow: 15 puntos. Consciente y orientado, colaborador. Sin focalidad neurológica de vías largas. Cardiocirculatorio: tonos cardiacos rítmicos. No ausculto soplos. Pulsos periféricos y centrales palpables, simétricos y de buena intensidad. Buen relleno capilar. No edemas. No signo de trombosis venosa profunda. AR: murmullo vesicular conservado sin ruidos añadidos.
I am not sure if the 'A' stands for 'análisis' or something else: análisis neurológica/neurological assessment.
Any help appreciated!

Nervous system/neurological
"AN" stands for "aparato nervioso", "aparato" being a synomym for "sistema" in this case. So you could use "neurological" here, or "neuro", if you want an abbreviation - there is no common acronym that I know of.
Also, "AR" stands for "aparato respiratorio".
Suerte!
