I just posted this topic yesterday. But it is a Thai version of code of conducts for court interpretors written by a well-know legal staff. You can use a MT for TH>EN to grasp outlines in it.

In case this still can help you (almost a year after you asked the question), here is a link to the code of conduct developed by NAJIT -- the National Association of Judicial Interpreters and Translators -- in the United States. This is a highly regarded and influential organization in the United States.
