Subject to the foregoing, you may disclose only that portion of the Confidential Information that, in the opinion of counsel, you are legally required to disclose or else stand liable for contempt or suffer censure or other significant penalty; provided, however, that you must use your best efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded any Confidential Information so disclosed.
