Spanish to English
Art/Literary
Art, Arts & Crafts, Painting
Art exhibit - photography
Same context as before, an essay to introduce an art exhibit. One last question before I send these translations. What would you do with this beautiful sentence? Thank you all for helping me with this!

the revelatory force that outwardly projects itself in a way that causes no harm to others
Comments:
"Revelatory force" seems to work better than "revealing force". I think that "projects itself" is an improvement on "manifest" or "manifesting."
Suerte!

the revealing force, manifesting outwardly with no harm (without harming) for its counterpart, ...

the revealing force that is outwardly manifest without harming the "other"
"On the other hand the revealing force that is outwardly manifest without harming the 'other', [it] does not attack, [it] comes from the heart, [it] revives the flames of conviction."
Translating dynamically, that is what I understand the sentence to say.
I assume that "otro" is referring to the "centro caótico" of the art exhibit.

Note from asker:
The "centro caótico" is part of the painting. The essay mentions how good can come out of evil, how there's renewal in destruction. My theory (so far) is that "fuerza reveladora" is the good side of a person, fanning the flames of conviction. Any thoughts? I'm running out of time and truly appreciate the help. |
