La CONCEDENTE también se obliga:
1.- A atender dentro de su disponibilidad los pedidos del CONCESIONARIO en condiciones franco almacén de la CONCEDENTE, y por el precio fijado en las tarifas y con los descuentos en cada momento vigentes. En caso de duda en relación a un mayor nivel de descuento a aplicar, se tomará provisionalmente el porcentaje de descuento efectivamente aplicado en la temporada inmediatamente anterior y se regularizará la diferencia con independencia de su signo e importe al finalizar la temporada en cuestión.
