Spanish term

excepción de incompetencia vs declinatoria

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
I found the difference between competencia declinatoria and inhibitoria http://www.planetaius.com.ar/foroderecho/declinatoria-e-inhi...
But I cant find the difference between these two:

CORTE SUPREMA DE JUSTICIA, CÁMARA DE AMPARO Y ANTEJUICIO: Guatemala,
Any help?
Thanks!

the way I see it declinatoria = recusal, requested the judge to recuse himself due to some kind of conflict of interest (argumentando compromiso arbitral)
excepción de incompetencia = objection for lack of jurisdiction

plea to the jurisdiction/jurisdictional plea vs. for the court to decline jurisdiction

No need to spell out the want of jurisdiction of the first term that subsumes such idea cf. motion to challenge the court's jurisdiction.
