Czech to English Medical Medical (general) dermatology

In Czech medical report, general examination:

"podkožní uzlík - lipom vpředu PAČ vlevo - dlouhodobě vol. cca 1.5 cm,"

Before this phrase physician was examining breathing, then after moved to abdomen, so apparently this refers to the trunk area.

What does PAČ stand for and what is the English translation?
