Spanish term

en, para y con arreglo

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s) bond issuance resolution
This is from a Panamanian bond issue resolution. Here's the context:

Los bonos estarán garantizados de forma prorrateada por: todo derecho, título e ínteres del Emisor, sean asignados en la fecha de cierre o a partir de ella, EN, PARA Y CON ARREGLO a lo que se describe a continuación:

I'm not sure of the exact legal wording of the phrase in capitals. It seems as if I could reduce the three prepositions into two. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Discussion

Julie Thompson (asker) Aug 10, 2011:
capital letters The capital letters were used just to highlight the phrase. They have no bearing on the meaning.
Cristina Talavera Aug 10, 2011:
a possibilty: ". . . . in accordance with and for what is detailed below:" or similar. (I have no insight on the use of capital letters here, or than follow the lead... IN ACCORDANCE, etc)

for and in accordance to the following description

This is part of a legal contract and legal stuff is always wordy; part of the pomp and ceremony of the profession.
Note from asker:
I sure do agree with what you said about the "pomp and ceremony"! Thanks for giving me another option, although I didn't ultimately choose it.
