This is from a Panamanian bond issue resolution. Here's the context:
Los bonos estarán garantizados de forma prorrateada por: todo derecho, título e ínteres del Emisor, sean asignados en la fecha de cierre o a partir de ella, EN, PARA Y CON ARREGLO a lo que se describe a continuación:
I'm not sure of the exact legal wording of the phrase in capitals. It seems as if I could reduce the three prepositions into two. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
