Empyema dessicationem et antibioticis curatum tempore sectionis in resolutionem

this is from a Czech medical report, from the autopsy report which is actually in latin

anyone able to help ?

ale tady v tom co píšete podle me to resolution je něco jako ústup empyemu, ne rozpouštění.. nebo treba vymizení empyemu

Nechci jen střílet, třeba se někdo objeví, ale pokud to znamená (resolutio) to samé jako v angličtině, může to být dokonce rozpouštění (wikipedia): With treatment, including surgical drainage, resolution of the empyema occurs from the dural side, and, if it is complete, a thickened dura may be the only residual finding

to asi ne, tady jsem našel podobný kontext: 1) in resolutionem, 2)- in eassudationem (lymphaticam autaquosam), 3) in suppurationem (aut partialem aut univer-salem) exire posse animadvertit.

Empyema dessicationem je asi drenáž empyému, antibioticis curatum tempore bych odhadoval na dočasnou léčbu antibiotiky, ale ten konec mi není moc jasný - "sectionis" je genitiv od "sectio" - incize

Takže antibiotická léčba v místě incize a "in resolutionem" nevím - resolutio je uvolnění, ochabnutí...
