Czech to English Medical Medical (general) Ear disease

From a Czech medical report, patient has ear infection, this comes from a report compiled by computer and words are often misspelled. This is the context:

"bubínek je šedý, diff s refkl-, pouze lehké zbytky obvloupených epitelií...:

Appreciate any suggestions as to what this means.
