English term

cargo customer

English to French Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Here is some information about DieselC that could provide more context:
Dieselcure is a patented chemical formulation which is unique, in that it complies with diesel fuel specifications worldwide (SABS certifications available), a requirement of all original engine manufacturers, guaranteeing the absolute safety of using it in any fuel quality management system. DIESELCURE is compatible with diesel fuel and does not adversely affect fuel stability, performance or fuel-system components

And here is the sentence in which the requested term appears :

"In order for a Cargo customer to become a regular and consistent user of Dieselcure, IT IS VITAL THAT THE CUSTOMER IS ABLE TO JUSTIFY THE FINANCIAL COST OF USING DIESELCURE!"

I hope this is enough context?

I do not know how to translate cargo customer. The internet hits give 'freight customer' but I cannot find the translation for either of these terms in any of the dictionaries.

Could an expert out there, please help?

Not a company name, they probably capitalize it because it's their target.
Note from asker:
That sounds great. I still am uncertain though, if this is correct as I had not noticed the use of capitals which gives me the feeling that it could just be part of a Company name. The Company they refer to in the text is called 'Wurth' and so the expression in another sentence of the same document is written as follows: the 'Wurth Cargo customer'. I have not found the expression 'Wurth Cargo' on internet, but wondered if the use of capitals (ie 'Wurth' and 'Cargo' both start with a capital, but 'customer' does not) actually changes the meaning?
