English to Polish Law/Patents Law (general)

The State Insurance Fund and the Claimant agree that the State Insurance Fund's Workers Compensation Law Section 29 rights are preserved in this case, and the payments under this agreement are to be added to the State Insurance Fund's lien for purposes under Workers Compensation Law Section 29. The claimant and his/her representative independently certify that if any third-party claims are pursued, it is understood and agreed that the New York State Insurance Fund has hereby preserved and would be entitled to claim a lien pursuant to WCL Section 29 subdivision 1 for all benefits paid to and on the claimant's behalf, including payments issued under this agreement.
