Poprzez "osobę" należy rozumieć przede wszystkim osobę prawną.
Zamiast "pozew osoby trzeciej" można dać "pozew podmiotu trzeciego.

Zapomniałem wpisać, że w oryginale powinno być "disposed of" - "dispose" bez "of" jest czasownikiem przechodnim o innym znaczeniu.

Chyba pośpieszyłem się z odpowiedzią - w tym kontekście będzie to raczej:
- rozpatrzeć/rozstrzygnąć pozew przeciw(ko) osoby trzeciej
- rozpatrzeć/rozstrzygnąć pozew przeciw(ko) podmiotowi trzeciemu
Na podstawie odnośnika, który podałem w pytaniu o "exhaust the net third-party recovery".
