Surgical approaches to the spine.
Hi All,
This is taken from a course on spine surgery, written by Latin American authors for US English.
I've come across this term a few times in a section covering different approaches to different areas of the spine:
Discussing the technique used in minimally invasive surgery:
Later another example (again for a minimally invasive technique but to approach a different area of the spine):
So far I've not come up with anything better than "neuro-orthpedic technique" or "treatment", I'm not really sure what "tiempo" means here.
Thanks in advance for any help or opinions.
Neil
