I'm tempted to put:
The amount of the quota to be paid for Corporate Tax results from applying the current tax rate at the same time as the deductions and benefits to which the company has a right *to avoid" to double intercompany taxation.

Is this what the Spanish implies or am I going too far and this is not what is meant?
