The excerpt is based on the Swedish Tax Agency's tax assessment etc.
I've translated the term as "απόσπασμα" but I'm having second thoughts as to whether this works in the specific context.

"Correctly excerpted, affirmed by...", followed by the signature of the tax agent...
I guess it would be nice if the word used for "excerpt", could be modified so to be used for "excerpted" as well...
My prospects seem pretty slim though...
"Απόσπασμα" and then what? "Αποσπάστηκε;"
(Sounds ridiculous.)
