@ Joshua You are right of course. I have removed my answer as it's not necessarily right. They might be twins but also they might not be. Of course the other details on the birth certificate might make this clear.

Twin? To all those offering translations with "twin" - how do we know they were twins and not triplets, quadruplets or quintuplets?
I understand the "correspondiendo la prioridad..." part simply to mean they were registered/listed (on the following page) in the order in which they were born, which is probably how I'd phrase it in the translation, assuming my interpretation is correct.

I don't see why it says "se considera como" - he either was born there or he wasn't. And "siendo" is confusing because it implies some kind of link between his place of birth and the fact that he was a twin. I'd say "he was born in this location, and was the first...
