Correct me if I'm wrong. I think we need to ask what "temyiz itirazı" means. It means, I think, "objection to the appeal." In which case, "temyiz itirazının reddi" means "dismissal/overruling of the objection to the appeal." Dismissal of appellate objection, perhaps. Dismissal of appeal is "temyiz isteminin/talebinin reddi" is it not? Again, please correct me if I'm wrong. Legal Turkish is not my strong suit, but it's an area I want to develop.
