The following appears in a pacemaker follow-up report:
Modo y frecuencias:

Can anyone advise me what "Frecuencia Max Seguim." is intended to indicate here?
Thanks,

maximum tracking rate
I find this expression in lots of online sites. I was looking first for "maximum follow-up rate" but don't find this; however, I think "tracking" is another good translation for "seguimiento" and it fits here.
"This limit is called the maximum tracking rate (MTR) and is a programmable value. "
"Thus, pacemaker limits maximum tracking rate (MTR) up to 150 bpm (400 ms)."

Note from asker:
Many thanks for this Joseph. I think this is indeed the intended meaning. "maximum follow-up rate" (or similar) just didn't seem right to me. Cheers, John. |

seguimento = follow-up
You say this is a follow-up report, so I assume it means "maximum rate on follow-up".

Follow-up: Maximum frequency
This is how I would say it, to fit your context.
