Spanish term

5F/IT

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Urology Pathology Report
The following appears in the gross description section of a pathology report (in Argentina) after a radical cystectomy:

1) Ureter distal izquierda: Se recibe un fragmento pardoamarillento de 2 x 0.8 cm (5F/IT).
2) Ureter distal derecha: Se recibe un fragmento blanquecino tubular de 1 cm (2F/IT).

"IT" clearly indicates "Inclusión Total", but I'm unsure what "F" indicates. I haven't come across this abbreviation previously in this context. Normally I would expect "B" for "Bloque". I can only think that it could be intended to indicate "Frasco", but I'm unsure. Any other suggestions?
Thanks.

catheter sizes, French system

french.lscale The French scale or French gauge system is commonly used to measure the size of a catheter. It is most often abbreviated as Fr, but can often be seen**** abbreviated as Fg, FR or F. ****It may also be abbreviated as CH or Ch (for Charrière, its inventor). However, simply gauge, G or GA generally refers to Birmingham gauge.[1]
