English to Arabic Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

3.2 DISTRIBUTOR will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, official practice rules and guidelines issued by relevant competent Authorities as well as generally recognised industry practice for the PRODUCT categories and their industry sectors in due performance of this Agreement. DISTRIBUTOR will be responsible for ensuring that the PRODUCTS are sold, stored, and distributed in the TERRITORY in full compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. DISTRIBUTOR may not start and/or perform any i) clinical studies, ii) safety testing or iii) analysis of products for the purpose of identifying ingredients or other materials (e.g. impurities, manufacturing aids) that are not disclosed in the label or any studies without prior explicit written approval of P&G and/or its affiliates nor make any publication or statement related to the PRODUCTS unless agreed in advance and in writing by P&G. If DISTRIBUTOR is required by law to conduct further testing of any kind, DISTRIBUTOR will inform P&G immediately on becoming aware of such need so that the Parties might align on next steps.
