16- TERMINATION / CANCELLATION
16.1 In the event that the Subcontractor does not carry out the Works to the satisfaction of the Contractor thereby jeopardizing the quality and/or progress of the Works, the Contractor shall notify the Subcontractor in writing. Upon issuance of such notification the Contractor at its sole discretion, without prejudice to its rights under the other Terms and Conditions of the Purchase Order, shall be entitled to terminate the Purchase Order immediately after issuance of notification.
16.2 In the event of termination, payment of the Subcontract Works performed by the Sub-Contractor up to and until the date or termination of the Subcontract shall be released in accordance with the Subcontract.
