Austrian property transaction
This Austrian term occurs in a property transaction which lists restrictions on disposing of or making changes to property pledged for a loan.
The only references I found on the Internet were a few Austrian laws - in German - and I am wondering if anyone knows of any proper
translation.
Context:

status as an appurtenance
Methinks appurtenance does verily work Transatlantically.
See also s. 294 ABGB - Allgemeines Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch for the Austrian definition of Zubehör in Juridica, Österreichisches RechtsWB. Russwurm und Schoeller.
Otherwise, the Austrian term of 'Fahrnis' is uncommonly used for a chattel, but doesn't collocate well as a Fahrnis*eigenschaft and is confusable with a Fahrnis*gemeinschaft in matrimonal law, namely joint title to 'moveables'.
Verpfändung: pledge of goods, chattels; moveables *only*.
Pfandrecht> AmE: *lien* over land BrE: charge / mortgage
Pfandgeber: AmE: 'lienor'; mortgagor E+W: chargor or mortgagor.
: should the status as an appurtenance -> fixture + fitting disappear / no longer apply E+W: 'be disapplied', then the latter will forthwith be hereby covered by the mortgage AmE: land lien E+W: land charge Scots law: standard security.
AmE: 'liened' E+W: charged > like a conditional bill of sale by way of mortgage vs. a bill of sale absolute, like a receipt in US Am Fed. law for a television set or motor vehicle counting AFAIK as 'personal real estate' for tax purposes -> so query whether included in Zubehör und Inventar.

Example sentence:
The appurtenance is a legislative concept that signifies the attachment of a right or property to a better and more important principal. Appurtenance happens when the furnace or air conditioning unit is a part of the house.

Thanks, Chris. There is or are an awful lot of discussion entries for an Anglo-American land law term that is wide enough to fit the bill.

Accessories
(1) Accessories are movable things that, without being parts of the main thing, are intended to serve the economic purpose of the main thing and are in a spatial relationship to it that corresponds to this intention. A thing is not an accessory if it is not regarded as an accessory in business dealings.
(2) The temporary use of a thing for the economic purpose of another thing does not give it the quality of an accessory. The temporary separation of an accessory from the main thing does not deprive it of the quality of an accessory.

Another specification of assets is regulated in § 294 ABGB, which distinguishes between ancillary assets and accessories. Ancillary assets include everything which is connected to an asset in a permanent way but does not include the growth of an asset. Accessories make the main assets usable or are essential for the permanent use of the main asset by law or by determination of the owner. Furthermore, accessories can be divided into independent and dependent accessories.

Discussion
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/a/appurtenance.asp#:~:tex...

Zubehör, Zugehör, whatever Austrians like to call it seems to be movable property classified as immovable for the purposes of that law. Contrary to what I assumed, it's therefore not chattel, but "nix Halbes, nix Ganzes," as Germans like to put it.
This then maybe:
"Although physical joining is implied, actual contact is not always necessary. In the law of real property, annexation is used to describe the manner in which a chattel is joined to property. For example, a sink becomes a fixture when it is annexed to the plumbing outlet, and is therefore real property."

1. Inventargegenstände (§ 12) und
2. Vorräte (§ 18)."
Could be I'm missing something here; bit late and I just wrote like 5 posts in a row. Still, hope it helps.
Enjoy your evening, both of you
That's immovable property. We've had this before. Just can't remember where. The other part must be "tangible movable property."
Cf. old AT law:
"§ 297
