Does "vis" have a special meaning here or can it just be translated as "of" (percentage of...)?

I believe this means "percentage increase" not "percentage OF increase" - it is a small difference, but has huge ramifications for the significance of numbers.

ly, wise (part of word) HERE...percentage of increase
Its part of the word that means percentagewise. In this context, I would just write "percentage of increase"
