There is no actual context to this. I think it may be when a puppy's ears cross its forehead, though I am not absolutely certain. I do not know what the English is for this. Please can someone tell me. Also, please let me know if I have misunderstood the Danish meaning.

: All those images show ears folded at the root, not at the tip as a " kipøre" is. "Banana" yields 22,300,000 Google hits. Why don't you suggest "banana"?

floppy ears is what my neighbor calls their dog's ears are, where the tip is folded over, that's why I checked google and suggested my findings. As usual you disagree with other answerers' replies, so your "disagree" does not surprise me.
