Excellent legs Contrary to Neil's suggestion, I think this means that if you wake up one day feeling exceptionally strong and fit for fight - go for this challenging route for which you need really 'good legs' as the infamous Bjarne Riis would have said. But I have no clue what you would say in English.

it means if you legs hurt like hell the day after, you know the route has been an ultimate challenge.
