You might be right. My advice to you is to choose the term that makes the text in the target language flow smoothly not awkwardly! Ask yourself, will the reader of the target language understand the term %100 as it is in the source, if the answer is yes then go for it! والله أعلم

Th eproblem is we don't use the word كريمة We always replace it with قشدة
So I found it weird to say قشدة الزبد
