A differenza di Doba, credo si tratti del reddito che è lecito guadagnare in presenza di eventuali sussidi, ad esempio di invalidità. Per l'INPS, ad es., puoi ricevere il sussidio di invalidità solo se il tuo reddito complessivo, al netto del sussidio, è inferiore ad un certo tetto annuo.
