ME PARECE QUE EN EL CONTEXTO SE REFIERE A EPISODIOS O CAPÍTULOS DE UNA SERIE, POR EJEMPLO DE TV. UNA ACEPCIÓN VÁLIDA DE "GIVE OFF" PUEDE SER "EMITIR". AUNQUE TAMBIÉN SE PODRÍA PENSAR EN TRADUCIR "3 ISSUES OFF" COMO "3 EPISODIOS AUSENTE" OFF= ABSENT. TODO DEPENDE DEL CONTEXTO GENERAL EN QUE ESTÁS TRABAJANDO PARA ESTE PÁRRAFO.

give off- soltar/largar
me parece que hay una confusión, quizas se trata de un phrasal verb, give off. Quizás hace falta un poco más de contexto apra aclarar la idea, sólo una sugerencia.
