Made with state-of-the-art technology

This is how I would phrase it if the products are textiles made with the latest manufacturing technology.

cutting-edge products

I've heard cutting-edge fashion before quite often...
Not 100% sure about the use in connection with the textile industry.
(Your solution sounds O.K to me.:-))

\"textiles made using cutting-edge technology\"
Widely used in the word of fashion and design: eg. \"Cutting edge hair technology.\":-))
I don\'t think we have to restrict ourselves to manufacturing terms.

Let me correct: For a slogen...\"made with the latest technologies\" is a little flat/dull. (O.K as it is , but...:-/)

high-tech textiles

if you want it to mean:

"products (textiles) made with the latest technologies"

could also mean textiles manufactured using high technology

A longer way of putting it:

textiles created/manufactured using new technology

PS - No, \"latest technology products\" is not OK! If you want to use \"latest technology\", then you need to turn the phrase round and say something like \"products manufactured using the latest technology\" or \"products incorporating the latest technology\".
