I see Dave's point, but in US slang, "bagging" something usually means dumping it, abandoning it (as in "I decided to bag that track. It just wasn't coming together.") - so if you look at it in that sense, it's more like "put up or shut up" in a sexual context.

Thanks, Mikhail! Yes, the order change was inevitable if I wanted to use "love" and "leave"... Simply doesn't work the other way around! :-)
