English term

amended to all risks conditions

English Law/Patents Insurance marine insurance
This appears in the "additional information" section of a Certificate of Insurance. The sentence reads: "CONDITIONS: American Institute Hull Clauses (June 2, 1977) amended to all risks conditions, lines 4,5 deleted."
I know what the American Institute Hull Clauses are, but I would like to know precisely what "amended to all risks conditions" means in this context. Please provide an explanation, if possible. Thanks in advance.
