non-disclosure letter
I'm proofreading a non-disclosure letter. Before the actual letter begins, the text goes:
"SENT by SELLER VIA ELECTRONIC MAIL TO BUYER: _______________________________ introduced to SELLER or SELLERS by yyyy (e-mail); our previous authorized agent to this transaction under the Fundacion C.E.O. xxxx management and exclusive legal representation.
xxx = name of a person
yyy = name of a company
Could you help me to understand what they are trying to say here? That this was done under the management and exclusive legal representation of the CEO of the Fundacion called xxx?

A change of hands...
I could be wrong, but from what I can tell from this context, the offer introduced is now being taken over by a new agent. The previous agent to the transaction worked/works under xxxx, who was the Fundation CEO manager. The "Fundation" he worked/works under retains legal representation in business/financial matters.
I just looooove (not) all this legal jargon and wording. I can easily get a headache from it all. Who comes up with this stuff anyways? :D
