Some doubts about Joint Operations Board I'm not a specialist in this field, but I have to say that i found zero google hits for 'Joint Operations Board' associated with petroleum exploration and other likely keywords, so I have quite serious reservations about this particular sugegstion.

Proper place for discussing the question No-one is either being impolite or "telling Ilinca off" — some of us are merely trying to provide friendly guidance to help Ilinca hone her questioning technique in such a way as to elicit the most helpful answers and obey the KudoZ rules, which state: "...KudoZ should be used for requesting terms help only after other resources have been exhausted. ... If translations are found elsewhere and the decision to post a KudoZ question is made nevertheless, information found elsewhere should be included, along with an explanation of what further information is sought.

I think Ilinca herself has perfectly well understood our well-intentioned attempts to help, and I'm sure she hasn't taken them amiss. :-)

In the previous question Ilinca was provided with the abbreviation list by a polite answerer (nobody asked her: Why didn't you find the list yourself?). In this question she's almost being told off for not answering the question by herself - the situation is rather strange for me.
