The suburb of Bridgeman Downs is well known for it's large homes on large parcels of land, even the unique acreage living that surrounds the area on 2, 3 and more acres of land with room for all the families pursuits.
What does "the unique acreage living " mean here? Particularly, I don't understand the context: a large acre or acres of property would of course have room for all the families pursuits, why the word "even" is used there?

Also, acreage living is unique if you are living in a city or suburbs. So, it is an USP (unique selling proposition) of this property (mentioned in your link).

Here, even is trying to add to the benefit of living in Bridgeman Downs. Not only is it known for it's [typo here in original; should be its] large homes on large parcels of land, there is also acreage living surrounding this area. So, thre is much more free area that typical large homes on large parcels of land. It is just highlighting the value proposition of the property.
