English term

CAUSED BY THE PRS-PARTNER

English Marketing Retail shop
PRS-PARTNER

IN ORDER TO GUARANTEE THAT THE OPENING TAKES PLACE AS SCHEDULED, IT IS NECESSARY TO ALLOW THE COMPANIES COMMISSIONED BY US TO WORK IN THE STORE AREA BEGINNING AT 6.00 A.M. AT THE EARLIEST UNTIL 10.00 P.M. AT THE LATEST, FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY. NECESSARY WORKS BEYOND THE ABOVE GIVEN TIMES( CAUSED BY THE PRS-PARTNER) WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL COSTS.
I DON'T HAVE A CLUE!!! WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

?????????

This whole text seems "odd" to me (to say the least).
I would ask the client about more info.
But as I read it, this phrase means that the prs-partner is to blame for the mentioned "necessary works beyond the given times".
Peer comment(s):

agree Can Altinbay : It means if more time has to be worked because of PRS-partner, it'll cost extra. But it's not good English. And who knows who this dastardly PRS-partner is.
