Context If you want answers that are more than guesses, more context is needed. What comes after this? Could it be a text box with a list of those basic values?

No it is as I type

list or listing of facts about a particular subject

The term "fact box" is used to mean - here are the facts - or -the following are the relevant facts about a subject.

The use of the word box is derived from the use of a text box for such a listing, but the the listing does not have to be in a box.

The Medical News article, here, has a bit more of the difference between a fact box and a summary which is useful to your question.

"Replacing the "brief summary" section of the ads with a drug-facts box helped consumers choose superior drugs and better weigh risks and benefits, Steven Woloshin, M.D., of the VA Medical Center here, and colleagues reported in the Feb. 17 issue of the Annals of Internal Medicine."

agree Anna Herbst : Often preseneted as a graphic text box on a page, hence Fact BOX.

thanks Anna
neutral Catharine Cellier-Smart : would be the case normally; but here impossible to know without more context. (I've seen it used differently).
