English term

you got to live it

English Other Sports / Fitness / Recreation
Hello everyone,

In the TV show about fitness (Workout from Within with Jeff Halevy) there is the phrase "you got to live it" (at leas this is what's written in the script and this is also what I hear).

What does "live" mean here?

0.32 - 0.34

Does it mean that you have to feel the exercise (or "enter" the excercise mentally, so to speak)? Or does it simply mean that you should do the excercise more intensively, put forth more effort?

Thank you.
