Comprehension question

German Tech/Engineering Computers: Software
"Um ein OMS mit SAP zu verwenden, sollte das OMS von SAP an der genannten Schnittstelle zertifiziert sein, um die korrekte Zusammenarbeit zu garantieren."

I'm not sure if the "von SAP" here means "by SAP" or "from SAP" and my context doesn't really indicate which one it could be. Would any native DE speakers be able to know straightaway which one would be the correct meaning?

I would plead for "by SAP". You can use any OMS you want to, but if you will be sure it works with SAP you should use one, that is certified by SAP.

I'm almost sure that SAP in "von SAP" is the German software company. See: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAP_AG
Without more context, I'm not sure what it could mean in the first occasion.
