Italian term

Organi statutari

Italian to English Bus/Financial Human Resources
I have found "Organi Statutari" as the title of the section where the names of the CEO, members of the Audit committee, Managing director and Chairmen are listed, on the website of a philanthropic foundation focused on education and scientific research. I was wondering how I could translate this expression. The register is formal Italian and the term is technical as it refers to the decisional elements of the aforementioned foundation.
In an attempt to translate it, I have wondered whether "Executive Board" could be appropriate for this context.
The website is www.fondazionegolinelli.it and the expression is in the section "Persone e organizzazione" of the website.
Thank you very much for your help.

Governing bodies

How about Governing bodies. The more literal translation Statutory Body is perhaps not correct in this case as it is usually set up by a government.
Note from asker:
As a matter of fact, I wouldn't have chosen statutory bodies for its political connotation, as I happen to have found it on a dictionary. I also didn't like the proximity with the Italian version, which would have made it look like an automatic translation.
