Italian to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) Law

SOS. per sé e società costituenda - this comes after the name of a person in an address and is followed simply by the address. I know what they mean but simply can't find a way of saying it English ... or don't we say horrible things like this!!! Any ideas??!! Thank you so much for your help. Julie
