For the other term I think it was a typo and it wanted to say atopica, so atopic.

i have no idea who transcribed it, but i can tell that the client doesn't understand italian at all. otherwise, he wouldn't have accepted the text in the condition that it's in... :)
Anyway, just to be clear, the text looks like the result of a bad trip... ;)
