plasticity
I think "plasticity" is also OK.
ПЛАСТИКА, ПЛАСТИЧНОСТЬ
(греч.) [plastic, plasticity; Plastik f, Plastizität f; arts (m, pl) plastiques, plastique (f)] — художественная выразительность объема, формы, которая свойственна как живописи и графике, так и архитектуре. Пластичность выражается в мягком связном переходе от одной части здания к другой, от одного объема к другому, в создании целостного, единого образа сооружения или ансамбля.

Provided physical manipulation of a plastic medium by moulding or modeling is not meant here in which case it would indeed be "plastics".

Example sentence:
Lithography intrigues Kuuty Lavonen because it gives the opportunity to synthesize the plasticity of drawing and the colouristic effects of painting (ssuu.com/asankhip/docs/biennale_graphic_art_kaliningrad).
4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer.
Comment: "The example about lithography convinced me, especially since my text seems to be for use in Finland."

plastics
... not “plasticity", though. Plasticity would be пластичность.

The Misha
: I'd still say plasticity here. Plastics just doesn't sound right, it takes it all down a notch to the realm of recycled coke bottles. Plastique on the other hand always smacks of C-4, and one way or another not everyone is a French wannabe.

funny: it's not the 1st time I see that "plastics" in such contexts as this, sounds awkward... but only to a Russian ear.Don't know why. It's widely used in discourses on visual, performance and musical arts.It is plasticity that's rarer for those usages!

plastique
Very often in the arts, particularly in ballet, the word "plastique" from the French is used. It is not usually translated in English but kept as is. The Russian equivalent is "plastika" (as you have there), so I would be tempted to in fact translate this as "plastique" because "plastics" in English (with the "s") would be incorrect. And without the "s" it sounds like a description of the material (ie plastic as opposed to metal, clay, cloth, etc).
As the other quote observed, "plastique" or Пластика refers to the *type* of movement in an art form (again, usually dance). But I believe can be applied to other fine arts in this context.

Пластика
Пластика — это ритмическое сочетание объемных форм и масс, а также выразительная передача поз, движений, жестов и вообще-всех элементов произведения. (Правда, речь идет о скульптуре, но, думаю, и к изображению на плоскости относится).
