This is for a business-card-creating program. I don't need a literal translation...just something that conveys the semi-finished-design (or -creation, -product, etc.) idea, and sounds "normal" for a computer program.
"Там (in the 'Gallery') хранятся образцы визиток, пропусков и других карточек, картинки и полуфабрикаты, заготовленные нашими художниками и дизайнерами."

I think that "templates" with or without qualification is the right computing word.

A programming template is a piece of code you can use or modify as you wish, but most people will make small changes. I think that\'s the same idea here. Another word (probably not quite right) is \"boilerplate\" for standard text, but it\'s the same kind of idea.

I don\'t really disagree with David, but in my understanding a template means something mandatory that you have to follow. Here we are dealing with art and the ideas can be re-designed. Or am I wrong in terms of what those полуфабрикаты are? If they are \"stamped blanks\" and we can only add something or fill in a specific company name, for example, then David is definitely correct.
