This is about a concert in the Metro:
Арии, народные, казачьи, церковные, старые песни в новой аранжировке, музыка из фильмов, авторские и многие другие произведения звучали ночью в метро в высококлассном исполнении.
My guess is that "авторские произведения" means something like "original works," although most of what I find online has to do with copyright (which is clearly not appropriate here).

Скорее всего, имеется в виду авторская песня, то есть песня, слова и музыка для которой написаны исполнителем. Кажется, что по-английски такие исполнители также называются "singer-songwriter"

: You are right with the singer/songwriter idea, but bard is more frequently used to refer to historical times than the present day, in UK English at least.
