Oiga, discrepo con los colegas: del sintáxis (orden de palabras) del texto original, para mi está claro que no se trata de "procesos nosequé", sino de "el nosequé de los processos".
En este caso, la alta/baja de los mismos.

I have some possible options of translations but before I would like to know if the document talks about servers, mainframes, networks and/or data management applications. These are the translations to Spanish of these concepts:
- servers: servidores
. mainframes: sistemas centrales
- networks: redes
. data management applications: aplicaciones de administración de datos, de bases de datos…

Please, I would like to see more elements of the context about "alta y baja de los procesos". Is a document about the acquisition of mainframe systems or computer servers for a company? The terms "alta" and "baja" have different meanings when you talk about business or scientific application processing in companies or scientific institutions. Are the terms “alta” and “baja” used in other part of the document?
For example, the banking systems have special “start” and “stop” of the daily processing.
